Image Credits: Liverpool FCLiverpool have announced the release of two new LFC Original films celebrating the legacies of Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson as they prepare to say goodbye to Anfield.The club confirmed the projects on Thursday, with both productions set to focus on the impact and achievements of the pair during their time on Merseyside.The films will be released on the club’s in-house platform as part of the LFC Original series, which has previously showcased documentary-style features.In keeping with that approach, the new Salah and Robertson titles are expected to blend in-depth interviews, archive footage and behind-the-scenes access to chart their journeys from summer 2017 signings to becoming pillars of one of the most successful Liverpool sides of the modern era.Firstly, Salah: Farewell to the King will be available from 5pm BST on All Red Video on Friday May 22 and will focus on Mohamed Salah’s extraordinary achievements in the famous No.11 shirt.The film weaves that conversation together with footage of his most iconic goals, records and moments on Merseyside, as he talks through the highs of his Liverpool career and opens up on the emotions behind them.The production also moves out onto the Anfield pitch, where Salah is joined by his two daughters to revisit some of the most unforgettable scenes inside the stadium.Then on Thursday May 28, focus shifts to the club’s outgoing left-back in Robbo: My Liverpool.As part of the documentary, Robertson gives a special, in-depth interview from his home, telling his remarkable story in his own words – from his rise to Liverpool to becoming a key figure in a title-winning side.The Scot has already been spotted posing by his new mural this week.



Jurgen Klopp explains why he sees Robertson as the “perfect Liverpool player”, while Alisson Becker, Conor Bradley and Virgil van Dijk outline his influence inside the dressing room.Former teammates such as Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson, Sadio Mane and James Milner also feature in the films.
